• Merchants install or use our App; and
• Shoppers interact with the CATCHES Virtual Try-On (“VTO”) widget on merchant storefronts.

Information We Collect Through Shopify’s APIs (Merchants)

When a merchant installs the App, Shopify provides us with access to certain store and product data. We only collect product-related information, specifically:

• Product titles;
• Product SKUs;
• Product reference imagery;
• Product metadata (e.g., tags, attributes, variant information);
• Store name and domain;
• App configuration and settings.

We do not collect any financial information, customer lists, or sensitive merchant data through Shopify’s APIs.

Information We Collect Directly From Merchants

In some cases, merchants may provide additional information or upload assets directly into the App, including:

• Additional product imagery or reference images;
• Custom garment data or metadata not provided via Shopify APIs;
