CATCHES Limited (company number 10804799) (“CATCHES,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the CATCHES virtual try-on platform and related applications (collectively, the “Service”), including the CATCHES Virtual Try-On widget (the “VTO Widget”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information when:
CATCHES’ role under data protection law depends on the nature of the brand relationship. In some cases, CATCHES acts as an independent data controller (for example, when you create a CATCHES account or interact with the Service on a merchant’s storefront where CATCHES determines the means and purposes of processing). In other cases, CATCHES acts as a data processor on behalf of the merchant, processing your data solely on the merchant’s instructions. Where CATCHES acts as a processor, the merchant is the data controller and its privacy policy governs the processing of your data. This Privacy Policy applies to processing for which CATCHES is the data controller.
As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or identifiable individual.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at: [email protected].
When a merchant installs or integrates the Service, the applicable e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce, or other supported platforms) provides us with access to certain store and product data. We collect only product-related information, such as:
We do not collect financial information, customer lists, or sensitive merchant data through these integrations.
Merchants may provide additional information or upload assets directly into the Service, including additional product imagery, custom garment data, fit model or avatar information, and VTO Widget display settings or customization parameters.
We generate automated logs relating to merchant usage of the Service. These logs contain only anonymous interaction data (features accessed, buttons clicked, error events, and basic operational telemetry). No personally identifiable merchant customer data is included in these logs.
