CATCHES Limited, company number 10804799, registered in England and Wales ("CATCHES", "we", "our" or "us"), operates the CATCHES virtual try-on platform and related applications (the "Service"), including the CATCHES Virtual Try-On widget (the "VTO Widget") that appears on the websites of fashion brands ("merchants").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you:
"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to or could reasonably be linked to you.
When you use the VTO Widget or a CATCHES account, CATCHES is the controller of the information you give us. This includes your photographs, measurements, the data we derive from them, the try-on images we generate ("Visuals") and your account. We decide how this information is used. The merchant does not receive it unless you choose to share it with them.
The merchant is the controller of information about your visit to its website, such as the product page you viewed and orders you placed. The merchant shares some of this with us so the VTO Widget works and so it can pay us (see section 1.3). For that information we act on the merchant's behalf as its service provider, and the merchant's privacy policy also applies.
If you are in the UK or EEA, the merchant and CATCHES may be jointly responsible for collecting information through the VTO Widget on the merchant's website. We have agreed with each merchant who does what: we present the notices and consents in the VTO Widget and handle your requests, and the merchant describes the VTO Widget and its cookies in its own notices. You may contact either of us.
